Change is in the air!

The past ten days have been filled with housing excitement.  We have four buyers hoping to be homeowners soon.  Plus, the listing appointments we had this week are looking promising.  Change is in the air.  (Even if spring isn’t!) Jeff has two short sales closing in the first two weeks of February.  We feel lucky to be helping these families as they make their next move.  Whether moving up or down in your life, we are here to help.  As always, referrals are the best compliment we could be given.

Trees for Toys

This is the third year of participation in Trees for Toys at Coldwell Banker for us.  For all those who close or refer a transaction with us, we buy you a Christmas tree or wreath.  You come pick it up on the first Saturday in December at our office.  While there you can enjoy a visit and pictures with Santa, hot coffee and cookies.  The whole family has a good time.  I helped unload the trees from the truck today.  6-8 foot balsam firs.  They looked very nice.

The Trees for Toys part is we buy the trees and if you desire you can bring an unwrapped toy and drop it off at our office.  We are an official drop-off sight.   Looking forward to seeing many of you on Saturday from 10-2 hopefully the snow event will be over with.  Either way we all be in the Christmas mood.  Ho Ho Ho.

Tuesday

Jeff is on the phone being a strong advocate for one of our short sales we have listed.  It is so important to have a Realtor that understands the problems you can run into with short sales.  That is really important when closing the deals.  I feel our clients are lucky to have him in their corner!

I am heading out for a second showing in Shakopee.  This house is amazing.  I am ready for the next step when my client makes her decision.

First Blog

This is the Hansen’s first blog.  Please keep laughing to a minimum.   Jeff is an experienced Real Estate agent.  Short sales and Foreclosure resource certified.  His business with Coldwell Banker Burnet is going great.  He is running his business with integrity.  That is what inspires me–his wife–to join him.  I am a Registered RN who works in the ER at Fairview Southdale Hospital.  I love helping people.  I still do that part-time and really enjoy it.  Helping families with such a huge decision of selling or purchasing a home is an amazing experience.  I am really passionate about making that experience  the best it can be.

 

I think together, Jeff and I, are able to meet all the needs of our clients.  We feel very blessed when we are chosen to help someone with their home interests.
